Tinney Chapel at District Workshop on Bishop Schnase's best-seller

Tinney Chapel UMC folks turned out in force for the District Laity Celebration event in Sulphur Springs yesterday, when the highlight was a two-hour workshop with Missouri Bishop Robert Schnase and his best-selling Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations.
Tinney Chapel Pastor, Rev. Susan Gross, had some one-on-one time with the Bishop (photo above), who also preached the event's sermon later in the evening.
Among those in attendance, other than the Pastor, from the quintessential country church: Carl & Zonnie Griffin, Bill & Elaine Knoop, David & Mollie Stanton, Ronny Ellison, Linda Hallman, Angela Wylie, Cheryl Ann Newton, Jenna Nelson, Joe Dan & Peggy Boyd.
